Smoked ham, mojo pork loin, swiss, sweet 'n' sour pickles, & horseradish mustard on Cuban bread.

SUNDAY – SpHam & Egg (Plus Hashbrowns!)

Beltex SpHam, cheddar, fried egg, pepper jam, & fenugreek aioli, on a house-made english muffin. Plus MacDowells style hashbrowns fried in beef tallow.
